About me

Natalie Walters

One of my favorite quotes is, “If you want to make God laugh, tell him about your plans.”-Woody Allen

Growing up I wanted to be a corporate lawyer with a penthouse in New York City-husband optional. Kids? No way!

Clearly, God was laughing. Instead of a penthouse in NYC-I live wherever the Army sends us (sixteen moves and counting). A corporate lawyer? Who says I’m not? Defending my, “because I said so’s”, presenting evidence that homework, chores, and eating vegetables will make you a better person, and yes, I am the judge and jury on all things under this roof. Husband-who can resist a man in uniform? Not me. I love my soldier with all my heart. He’s my hero and the man of my dreams. As for the kids…can’t imagine life without their smiles, hugs, quirky viewpoints on this crazy thing we call life.

I’m a writer, blogger, momma, and proud Army wife. I love to travel and I love writing stories with rich detail that will immerse my readers in the adventure of high stakes, personal struggle, and page-turning suspense.

  1. My God keep you and your family safe. I will continue praying for you. Please keep me posted and keep writing. You are very good at it

  2. Thank you for your following of my Blog. Your Blog is great and great content! Let me ask you this. If you were creating a domain name would you use yourname.com or would you use yourname-author.com or novelsbyyourname.com? What would you do? I hate asking this on here but I did not want to tweet the question. If you like you can answer me on my facebook page https://www.facebook.com/rguerardbooks1 or in my blog which you have. Thanks R

    • I don’t mind the question on here as this is question I’m going to face soon myself. I think I would use your name.com if you can. It’s simple and doesn’t require any special characters like the dash. Checking out other authors pages most of them just use their name.com. I hope that helps. Thanks for following and for your nice comments. Looking forward to reading more of your work.
